• →Consultation calls are offered free of charge with no obligation

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. In general:

• →A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the project agreement
• →Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• →Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees
• →All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• →Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per the terms of the individual agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. The following conditions apply:

• →Lumis Web Studio LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• →Any third-party tools, libraries, or assets used in a project remain subject to their respective licenses
• →Work-in-progress materials remain the property of Lumis Web Studio LLC until full payment is received
• →Lumis Web Studio LLC retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, tools, or processes used in delivery

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:

• →Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback as requested
• →Designate a point of contact for project communications
• →Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• →Ensure they have rights to any materials they provide to us (images, text, logos, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumis Web Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical details, pricing, and client data. This obligation remains in effect after the project ends.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas, and both parties consent to jurisdiction in that venue.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
